Add triggers for Endorsal

Apparently the Endorsal integration has actions but no triggers in Integrately. I would like to request Endorsal to act as a trigger in Integrately: for instance, when an Endorsal testimonial is submitted (trigger), add a tag in Convertkit or other CRM. Thank you.
