Allow longer Media Caption for Telegram

The telegram API has the limit for description from their side.
For Caption only 0 to 1024 characters are allowed after entities parsing.
Would it be possible to cut the caption instead of not sending it at all ?
Or add an option to choose the behavior if the caption is too long ?
Error warning + Send or Not-send
Or would it be possible to send the msg in two sub msg then ? (Amplifr does this)
