For Plan that have multiple users with shared folder, I propose the possibility of assigning a specific number of task available each month for each subaccount

Capping the sub-accounts in case I invite a client and they start creating lots of tasks without me knowing.

Agree! This would fall under the general category of Agency support. I suggested in Chat, and will repeat here that Automizy seems to be a good example of sub.account implementation. The kindest from Integrately would be to cap the sub-accounts, but not pre-allocate them in a way that blocks another sub-account from using those actions.
