Being able to "read" a google sheet Per Row or Per Column or Both to see if content already exists can make Google Sheets integration more powerful.

Why this is important: this way, the first IF can read data from first app and google sheets. I can identify, for example, if a lead already exists to see if I update the google sheet or create a new row =)
The "read" might be useful for some other apps as well. To check info before running an integration
