Move elements within a flow

It would be nice to be able to move elements in a flow around. This is especially useful for if you need to remove an if statement, but want to preserve the elements of that statement without manually recreating them, rather just dragging it out (which is the current best option)

Update: when I deleted the if statement, the element remained intact despite the warning saying it would be deleted.
