When there is some change in a running flow, i should make the change and save without testing

I have a flow to send a mail if a row is added in google sheet, and it is running..after a month, I want to change only the subject line or a link inside the mail content. All others are same - now there should not be any testing done - The flow should be saved and go live in production without test.
Same cases while sending sms or other triggers also
