Hi soleven, that's a great question and a very interesting usecase. Sincere apologies for the delayed response.
Using your own form is very much supported with webhooks. For choosing the PDF template according to the value of a field, it's not supported out of the box, so for that you might have to use an external service to change which webhook url is the data sent to depending on the data. We can work with integrately seamlessly using webhooks (watch tutorial: www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qz6NxpQvIEM&t=1s) already, but yes we can reach out to their team to build the native integration as we already have a public API.
