And the most funny part, i ask something about integrations between PDF and other service in less than 1 week, they update the process... Google my Business is big part of deal.... And make them to gain a big value in automation scene !

Once I've completed work for a client, would like to send them an automation that sends them to my GMB link for them to leave a review, and for that to circle back to my CRM system and tag them. Then follow up with those for x period of time who haven't yet left a review.
