Update Contact detail in mailing system

Can you make option in integration with getresponse / activecampaign / convertkit that if i would like to update contact detail in system i choos which fileds i'll be updated. I don't want to set all fields like surname=$surname,b_day=$b_day, city=$city
I just want to update to one filed for my contact like "interest=$interest" and another fields are not changing.
